Prior to that, he had served as Vice President and Account Supervisor at Wells Rich Greene, New York, where he directed the credit card, commercial and corporate image advertising for Chase Manhattan Bank, as well as image advertising for IBM. As New Business Director, he helped the agency acquire and manage the Pfaltzgraff dinnerware, Wood-Mode cabinetry, and DeLonghi appliance accounts.In 2001, Jim launched Stoner Bunting’s gift card division, developing and managing programs for major retail brands including Neiman Marcus, Texas Roadhouse, Brooks Brothers, Sunglass Hut, and Dave & Busters. |
Pam Hoffmaster: Sales and Marketing DirectorWith over 25 years of sales and marketing experience, Pam brings to the team sales successes from the retail arena. She launched her career with General Electric, managing regional tele–sales programs and soon found a home in retail with the Bon Ton, where she was an account coordinator responsible for increasing sales of the Estee Lauder products. Pam was promoted to work directly for Estee Lauder and manage the Bon Ton partnership, which included hiring, training and developing the sales teams that worked at the Estee Lauder counter in the Bon Ton stores. Pam joined Stoner Bunting in 2003, as part of the gift card team, and is managing sales and marketing initiatives for our clients. Our ultimate goal is to increase sales and brand awareness. |
Hollis Thornton: Account Group DirectorMore than 18 years of combined client and agency experience have given Hollis a unique perspective on the marketing world. She assesses every project from the client’s point of view and doesn’t rest until she knows the account team has exceeded expectations. Her account management skills have achieved results on behalf of such influential brands as JCPenney, Pace Foods, Fujifilm, the US Tennis Association and US Olympic Committee, in everything from event coordination to public relations to product development. At Stoner Bunting, Hollis has worked with Sunglass Hut, Brooks Brothers, Dave & Buster’s and Legal Sea Foods B2B gift card programs, developing large scale promotions, securing targeted partnerships and delivering phenomenal return on clients’ marketing dollars. She has also worked in the capacity of new business development for the gift card division, and is currently helping to lead the strategic direction of the gift card division’s clients. |
Kim Hartranft: Senior Sales ExecutiveKim Hartranft joined Stoner Bunting in 1996 after previous positions in the financial industry. She has brought that experience to many aspects of the agency, from Executive Assistant to Office Management. Currently, she is the Account Executive for seven brands, including Sunglass Hut, Sally Beauty Supply, Legal Sea Foods, Brooks Brothers, Dave & Buster’s, and Bon-Ton. Kim resides in Akron, PA with her husband and two sons. When she’s not in the office, you can find Kim on a beach, enjoying the sun and sand. |
Megan Fisher: Account ExecutiveMegan joined Stoner Bunting Gift Card Group in 2008 highly motivated and eager to learn. Megan’s role as Account Executive includes: account and project management, strategic planning, securing business-to-business gift card partnerships, managing client brand communication through various marketing channels, as well as developing and executing marketing strategies. Megan enjoys every detail of the varied tasks and interactions involved in satisfying her clients. At Stoner Bunting, Megan has worked with a number of clients including Destination Maternity, Texas Roadhouse, Sears, and Sunglass Hut.Outside of the office, Megan serves on the board of Vickie’s Angel Walk, a non-profit organization that helps families in Central Pennsylvania fight cancer. Melissa Shapiro: Senior Account ExecutiveMelissa joined the Stoner Bunting Gift Card group in 2009 with 15 years of experience in the B2B Loyalty industry. In her past experience as Marketing Specialist for companies such as Gage Marketing Group and Armstrong World Industries, she managed numerous relationship marketing initiatives and trade marketing programs targeted at driving long-term sales growth. As a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Melissa brings her unique talents to manage B2B gift card sales and marketing strategies for her clients, including Dave & Buster’s, Neiman Marcus and American Eagle Outfitters. |
Michelle Schober: Associate Sales ExecutiveMichelle joined Stoner Bunting Gift Card Group in 2009 and began as Associate Account Executive in January 2010. As an Associate Account Executive, Michelle works with and supports the team with their various roles and responsibilities. She also helps in managing client brand communication and various marketing initiatives. At Stoner Bunting, Michelle has worked with a number of clients including Sally Beauty Supply, Legal Sea Foods and Sunglass Hut.Outside of the office, you can find Michelle cheering on the Notre Dame Football and Villanova Basketball teams. Kristin Kropp: Account ExecutiveKristin joined Stoner Bunting Advertising in 2007 and recently has also joined the Stoner Bunting Gift Card Group. During these years she has been the account executive to clients of vastly different industries and sizes on our traditional advertising side. Kristin’s attention to detail and ability to anticipate client needs makes her a perfect fit for our clients. Her forward thinking approach to marketing keeps her on the cusp of the newest marketing tactics and ideas. Her project experience ranges from strategic planning and coordinating traditional print advertising to coordinating large scale events and video projects. Kristin is also the contact for the media at the agency and has formed strong relationships with publications and media outlets that serve the needs of Stoner Bunting clients. Melissa Richebacher: Manager of Gift Card ServicesServing as Manager of Gift Card Services, Melissa provides all levels of operational support to the Stoner Bunting Gift Card Group, our clients and their partners. Process-driven and detailed-oriented, she contributes her valuable skills to overseeing gift card fulfillment and order tracking. Additionally, Melissa works closely with the merchants to ensure we are equally responsive and attentive to the customer service needs of everyone we are privileged to do business with.As a new graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Melissa first joined Stoner Bunting Advertising in 2000, and continued in her Account Services role at the agency until 2005. DeLonghi America, Wood-Mode, Linens ‘n Things and Stainmaster were among her accounts. After entertaining a dedicated career move to Retail Management, Melissa returned to Stoner Bunting Advertising in 2008. |
Cathy Gonzalez: Sales & Account Operations AssociateCathy joined Stoner Bunting Gift Card Group in March, 2010, and has over 20 years of organizational, creative, and database development experience. She has created a database specifically designed to streamline the gift card ordering process, which allows us to provide quick turnaround times for our customers, as well as the ability to custom design reports tailored for the needs of each client. In addition, Cathy also works with our Sales and Account Management teams to optimize information sharing and deliver client opportunities to a wide range of customers and potential customers. Cathy received her B.A. in English Literature from Franklin & Marshall College. She notes that the best part of being on the Stoner Bunting team is working in an atmosphere where creativity and the sharing of ideas are the guiding principles. She began her agency career in Washington, DC and came on board with Stoner Bunting Advertising in the spring of 2010 as a social media consultant.
